Realization of a great demand in the building industry regarding quality and on time delivery a name change was initialized, that will suite both our areas of expertise, construction as well as thatch roofs.

 CT4 Construction CC is a South African close corporation registered and incorporated in 2009 according to the standards of the South African laws

Alan, with his Building and Construction background and Project Management experience in the building industry identified this need of a more approachable and easy way of planning of renovating and building of homes. He decided on a friendly one on one approach answering all questions and guiding client's to their ultimate dream realization. He then started to apply his knowledge and skills in his own company in 2004.

With the more than 8 years experience, It was then decided that the acquired LYALOR 51 t/a (Regno.2009/161372/23), to trade as CT4 Construction to expand these service to the client and maintain a fixed labour force for various phases of construction.

CT4 Construction is a Company that will provide quality and affordable construction and related services, to all clients, which will decrease any expenditure on projects and increase profit by means of providing professional knowledgeable experienced teams to cut down on time...time is money so you save.

Our aim is to provide our services and expertise to our clients hassle free. As far as possible we always try to use only key personnel on every contract and resource the manual labor from in and around the community to ensure that the money generated

from every contract stays in the surrounding area. In the past we have successfully trade employees that started with us as laborers to become drivers, brick layers, plumbers.
